As executive sponsor of women of Oliver Wyman, Lisa has long championed flexible working and was pivotal to introducing equal maternity and paternity leaves at 26 weeks in 2022. Lisa is also a visible leadership role model, operating as a commercial partner and actively participating in family roles.
Beyond Oliver Wyman, Lisa serves on the board of the Canada-UK chamber of commerce and is a co-founder of the Green Hat Foundation. Both organizations focus on supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds to thrive in the UK.
