Wai-Chan is a Senior Partner and global leader of the Consumer Goods Practice at Oliver Wyman. He has extensive experience in the retail and consumer goods industries, having advised clients on a wide range of strategic, operational and organizational initiatives.
Over the last few years, he has worked in multiple consumer and retail categories, such as apparel, grocery, health and beauty, food and beverages and real estate. Wai-Chan holds an MBA from Harvard University where he was a Fulbright Scholar, a PhD from the University of Cambridge and a BSc from Imperial College London.
