Victor Kondel is a Principal in the Automotive and Industrial Goods Practice and the Digital Practice at Oliver Wyman in Munich. With his extensive experience, he advises automotive manufacturers, suppliers, machine builders, and component suppliers as an expert for strategy development, operating model design, sales and service, and digitalization.

Victor Kondel has a strong international understanding from various stays abroad. He spent two years of his consulting career in Dubai, from where he advised private and government clients on transformation and digitization projects. He also lived in China and the USA and spent a voluntary social year in Honduras.
