Coming from a family with a rich history in military, government, and business, I've always been passionate about understanding, serving, and leading at the intersection of these areas. I'm inspired by the challenges of balancing margins with mission, thresholds with objectives, and the pursuit for the greater good that motivates many owners, operators, and executives
Throughout his career, he has worked directly with corporate development leadership from Fortune 100 companies and leading private equity firms to identify, evaluate, and implement transformative opportunities, both organic and inorganic. With a focus on M&A strategy and execution, Tim and his teams have supported more than 40 transactions annually in the past three years. These include high-profile take-privates, carve-outs, mergers, and buy-and-build platforms across hardware, software, and services sectors.
Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, he worked as an equity research analyst for Regent European Securities in the field of international institutional finance. During his tenure with Regent, he provided research and analysis for a variety of industrial sectors.
Tim graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the College of William and Mary with a BA in political science and a minor in art history.
Tim lives in Washington, DC, with his wife and three children, perpetually hoping to demonstrate why he is not the weakest branch in the family tree. In his free time, Tim enjoys invoking his southern roots in the kitchen, reliving his athletic dreams through his children and Peloton races, and rediscovering the constant curiosities, humor, and beauties of life through the rare quiet moments with his wife.
