Stefano Boezio is a Partner in the Financial Services practice, based in Oliver Wyman’s New York office. 

Stefano specializes in Finance & Risk topics and has advised major financial institutions in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. Over the course of his career, Stefano has planned and executed multiple complex strategic and operational initiatives, in particular regulatory transformation programs.

Stefano has worked extensively in design and implementation of AML transaction monitoring solutions, with focus on application of advanced analytics and streamlining of processes. His areas of expertise also include corporate strategy, bank-wide risk and performance management, organizational design and governance frameworks.

Stefano holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Degree in International Economics and Management, both from Università Bocconi, Milan. He is fluent in Italian and Portuguese, and was previously based in London and São Paulo.
