Purav specializes in providing financial and operational restructuring, turnaround, crisis management, process improvement, mergers, acquisitions, sale process, integrations, divestitures and strategic value creation advisory to companies and their stakeholders, both in- and out-of-court situations.
He has deep experience dealing with various constituents represented by board members, C-suite, debtors, lenders, unsecured creditors’ committees, and has helped teams navigate complex issues during various distressed and non-distressed transactions, including liquidity management, business plan development, forbearance, and debt amendment negotiations, financial and operational due diligence, Day 1 assessments, 100-day plans, synergy analyses and capture, rapid cost take out assessments and capture, stalking horse bids advisory and APA negotiations.
Purav holds an MBA in finance degree from Carnegie Mellon University and is Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charter holder, as well as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). He received his credit and banking training at a major global bank.
