With more than 15 years of industry experience, Pradeep has held leadership positions at Dow, DuPont, and Solenis. He has led global programs in pricing, commercial effectiveness, operations, and growth strategy across multiple chemical companies, and has a strong track record of working closely with clients to create tangible value.

When asked about the challenges and opportunities shaping the chemical industry, Pradeep points to record-breaking mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity, activist investors who want to shape companies from the outside, and immense volatility in oil prices and ongoing trade wars. He believes companies that embrace these challenges and convert them into opportunities will outperform those with one-size-fits-all approaches that resist change.
On a personal note, Pradeep is a proud father of two pre-teens. He is an avid tennis and volleyball player, a passionate Indian music singer, and a budding salsa dancer.
