Nick Studer is the president and CEO of Oliver Wyman Group. 

With more than 20 years of consulting experience across the UK, Continental Europe, and North America, he has worked with chief executives and senior leaders of the world's top companies on governance, strategy, financial planning, risk management, and regulatory response.

He has advised senior government leaders and policy makers on topics like industry competitiveness and financial stability, and supported the World Economic Forum on the role of financial services in society. is published work includes contributions to a proposed 10-year vision for the UK's financial services sector for Her Majesty's Treasury, and several initiatives shaping the global debate on compensation. He was a founding director of TheCityUK and a founding advisory board member of the FICC Markets Standards Board.

A strong advocate of inclusion and diversity, he sits on the firm’s inclusion council and serves as executive sponsor of Oliver Wyman’s racial and ethnic diversity group. He was named a Top 20 advocate by INvolve/EMpower.

Nick earned a first-class honors degree in manufacturing engineering from Cambridge University. A former rugby player, he now enjoys sharing the sport’s nuances with his sons and maintains his scrummaging weight through a love of roasting, grilling and pickling.
