When he’s not working towards creating a stronger community at Oliver Wyman, Michael focuses on helping clients through their most pressing strategic challenges. His projects span our Corporate and Institutional Banking clients, with a focus on sales and trading, organisational effectiveness and revenue growth.
In a constantly evolving digital and financial landscape, businesses need to constantly adapt to remain competitive. Through collaborating with our clients to develop new strategies, we help them succeed in a time of major disruption.
As the current head of our London office, Michael’s goals are to improve collaboration between different units of the firm and promote greater inclusion and diversity. He is also the lead partner on the wellbeing and mental health committee.
Management consulting is a creative problem-solving industry and the more diverse people we have in our teams, the better impact we can have.
In his free time, Michael enjoys playing all types of games (sports, board, cards, computer…), and hiking. He has frequently enjoyed the firm’s flexible leave of absence scheme, traveling to places such as California, New Zealand and South East Asia.
