Lubasha likes a challenge. As a partner in our Insurance and Asset Management Practice, she finds great satisfaction collaborating with clients to increase their growth and profitability in a time of shifting market conditions and intensifying competition across the industry. She works with asset management clients on strategy and transformation, operations, technology, and other key issues.
I believe the quality and depth of the work we bring to clients is so important, and I have a high bar for that. It is rewarding to paint a picture of the future for clients and help them develop a strategy and the necessary steps to make it become a reality
Lubasha previously specialized in asset management and retirement as a managing director and partner at Boston Consulting Group. Originally from Barcelona, she is fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian, and also has a substantial understanding of German. Lubasha holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BSc and a MSc in Business Administration from ESADE, and a CEMS Master’s in International Management from the London School of Economics.
Outside of work, Lubasha enjoys spending time with her four children. She’s also a self-challenger, constantly trying new sports and pushing her limits. A former competitive ballroom and Latin dancer, she is an avid hiker and climber. Her love for running led her to compete in marathons, then ultramarathons, and now she’s taken on the challenge of triathlons.
