Leo is a senior consultant with Oliver Wyman. He focuses on Digital Assets and has worked with both crypto native firms and traditional financial institutions on stablecoins, decentralized finance, institutional risk management and regulation. He is based in the Amsterdam office.

Leo co-authored a paper exploring the opportunities and challenges for financial intermediaries in integrating cryptoassets titled, Navigating Crypto: How Financial Intermediaries Can Integrate Cryptoassets.

His previous experience includes environmental sustainability strategy at a German Financial Institution, and supporting the development and roll-out of digital tools to optimize retailers’ pricing and promotion.

Leo has a MSc in Finance and BSc in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
