Kevan is a Partner based in Oliver Wyman’s London office, where he leads the firm’s Cultural and Leadership work.

He is an expert in behavioural change supporting clients, regulators and Oliver Wyman in cultural change journeys and also supports leadership development and coaching programmes. He has over 30 years of experience in organisational change, leadership development and coaching, and culture change.  In this work be brings a unique combination of analytical rigour, his degree is in mathematics, coaching qualifications, and human understanding.

I am fascinated by the human mind and how we can use it to better perform as individuals and within teams. I believe that business leaders are now starting to see the power that can be unleashed when they create the right environment and culture for performance to naturally emerge, and for people to be the best they can.

He has shown how to create effective teams and cultures that deliver business results around the globe, including Japan, Australia, UK, Germany, and Spain. From financial services, to oil and gas, utilities and telecoms, Kevan has gathered a wealth of experience in the public and private sectors.

When working on changing behaviours, I continue to learn each day. What we now know about how to change, nudge, or improve and adult’s behavior is improving every year. It’s a fascinating topic that I apply to myself in all aspects of my professional and home life

Outside of work Kevan spends his time training for new challenging ultra-marathons, which requires both mental and physical fitness, and looking after his woodlands and farmland in Buckinghamshire with his wife.
