Kelleigh is a partner in our Aerospace, Defense and Government Services and Private Capital Practices, based in Washington DC.
She advises leading defense firms, disruptive startups, and financial sponsors on strategy and transformation topics, including growth strategy, mergers and acquisition (M&A) due diligence, and organizational and operational issues.
Having grown up in an army family, Kelleigh is deeply passionate about the intersection of private sector innovation and national security issues. In her previous roles, she supported security cooperation policy development and international defense business development.
Kelleigh’s expertise spans a diverse range of high-priority Department of Defense missions and technologies, including hypersonic systems, advanced microelectronics, resilient communications and networking, and autonomous platforms. She assist companies in optimizing technology roadmaps, investment strategies, and partnering approaches.

Kelleigh holds an Master’s degree in US National Security Policy from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service Security Studies Program. She serves as Oliver Wyman's representative to Business Executives for National Security.
Outside of work, Kelleigh loves spending time with her husband and young daughter, going to the beach, reading, and attending musical theater performances at the Kennedy Center and other DC theaters.
