Karina Swette is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Operations and Consumer and Industrial Products Practice. She has a specialty in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, operational cost reduction, and due diligence and operational due diligence.
I love what I do. I enjoy the pressure and fast pace of servicing Private Equity clients to maximize the value of their investments. Mixed with the opportunity to work with clients at the operating companies, guiding them through new ways of thinking, teaching them new tools and optimizing their cost structure.
Prior to working at Oliver Wyman, Karina was an associate at Macquarie Capital focused on advisory and principal transactions where she was a registered representative with FINRA Series 7 & 63 certifications. She received a B.S.E from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in marketing and management.
Karina’s focus is on Private Equity clients and their holding companies with a specialty in distributors, manufacturers, and retailers. Karina has also advised oil and gas majors, national oil companies, and global and regional airlines. She has worked in the US, Mexico, Latin America, Canada, Europe, South East Asia, Middle East, Brazil, and South Africa.
