Morgan is an engagement manager in our Government and Public Institutions (GPI) Practice and an active member of the climate and sustainability platform. Based in London, he works across sectors to drive sustainable growth and positive change.
His work takes several forms. Morgan advises central government departments and arms-length bodies on setting investment strategies and designing policy frameworks to deliver long-term prosperity. In parallel, he supports local government and investors in creating innovative funding and finance models for climate resilience and nature-based projects. Morgan also partners with financial supervisors to advance supervisory regimes that keep pace with evolving risks and enable effective oversight.

Much of Morgan’s recent focus has been on helping clients navigate the intersection of climate action, public policy, and practical investment. He is committed to building consensus among diverse stakeholders and ensuring ambitious goals translate into real progress.
Morgan holds a global leadership role at Men4Change, Oliver Wyman’s male allyship network focused on advancing inclusion and gender equality. He is fluent in English and French, with working knowledge of Mandarin.
A keen cyclist and jazz enthusiast, Morgan finds balance exploring London’s green spaces and live music venues. He holds a first-class honors degree in economics from the London School of Economics, with a focus on development and emerging markets.
