Jim is a partner in the Health and Performance Transformation Practices at Oliver Wyman.

He has dedicated his career to helping companies address complex challenges in order to improve healthcare. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Jim brings a unique perspective as a healthcare expert. He has also operated a successful healthcare analytics business, which he launched and subsequently sold. In addition, he has served as an advisor, collaborating with leadership teams and boards of America’s most impactful healthcare companies.

Jim has held various leadership roles at Oliver Wyman, including leading the Midwest Market across all practice groups and leading the Global Health Services Practice. He is the founder and an ongoing advisor to Practicing Wisely, a business dedicated to enhancing the appropriate use of medical care. Currently, he leads the Performance Transformation Practice within Health and Life Sciences, helping organizations achieve growth and improve their bottom line by leveraging advanced technology and best business practices.

Jim is the proud father of three kids and is committed to supporting education as well as organizations that empower kids and adults with disabilities. He actively serves on the boards of directors of Junior Achievement of Chicago and the Ball State University Foundation.
