Over her nearly 20-year tenure, Jessica has focused on industrial and consumer products in commercial excellence transformations, helping drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
She brings an owner-operator mindset and has led multiple large-scale transformation programs that delivered more than 500 basis points in margin impact. She also spearheaded the development of the Oliver Wyman’s Control Center, a suite of customizable decision-support tools designed to enhance business performance.
Jessica’s areas of focus include growth strategy and strategic planning, price defense and inflation management, salesforce effectiveness and enablement, and customer loyalty and demand generation. This expertise has shaped her recent work centered on unlocking growth in volatile market conditions.
