Gregory Kochersperger leads the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions for Oliver Wyman’s global Operations practice.
Gregory helps clients to optimize their external resources, generate significant and sustainable impact through leading edge organization design and roll-out. Over the past 18 years Gregory has led many of Oliver Wyman’s major assignments in different sectors, and has developed a deep experience of what it takes to execute ambitious programs of this nature.
In addition, Gregory has a wide experience in a variety of other B2B sectors in strategy and R&D optimization.
Gregory Kochersperger is a graduate from ESCP-EAP Business School (Paris) and holds a Master in Organization Sociology. He is a French citizen based in Zurich and is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
