With a background in industrial design, his engineering foundation helps him grasp the detail in a firm's emissions, and nurture the tool suite on which our calculations depend.

I'm not sure there's a more important mission on earth just now, and without exception the people I meet across clients, industry bodies and the media have one thing in common: they represent the best of humanity. Friends and colleagues are kind enough to say that Fred's superpower is bringing people together and helping them reach their potential. He loves building companies that are successful and fun to work at. He is passionate about inclusion and diversity.
Fred is a partner and member of the Oliver Wyman European Talent Council, as well as the Global Leadership Assembly. He often sits on Steering Committees of firm initiatives and generally tries to do his bit for the greater good.
When not in the office, he can be found walking his dog Charlie, sailing, riding horses, skiing, watching Top Gun, listening to Radio 4, building Lego, or reading car magazines. He owns a lovely bicycle, and one day he might even ride it. Fred is lucky to be married to Helen, and they live together in an old barn in Bedfordshire.
