Her expertise relates to change management, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Most recently, her work has focused on assisting financial institutions address regulatory expectations on culture and conduct.
Elizabeth was a Commissioner on the 2017 NACD Blue Ribbon Commission Report on Culture as a Corporate Asset and was the Project Director for the Group of Thirty 2018 Report on Culture & Conduct in Banking.
Elizabeth also led Oliver Wyman’s most recent work in North America on Women in Financial Services and has presented the firm’s findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams at multiple banks.
Elizabeth received the CertICM (Certified International Cash Management) Certification from the UK Association of Treasurers. She holds a joint honors degree in International Trade and Political Science from the University of Waterloo. She is fluent in French and English and was an AFS Exchange Student to Japan.
