She has deep experience in banking across proposition design, customer journey development, and customer testing and iteration, translating this into a feasible plan for development.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Dewi was a partner at an international firm and led the customer proposition design offering for Greater China.
Dewi holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Services. She is certified in Agile, Lean and Six-Sigma approaches.
