With more than 15 years of experience, he supports private equity and industry clients in realizing operational value through analytically driven supply chain transformations.
Cornelius’ sweet spot lies at the intersection of supply chain planning (S&OP, SIOP, IBP), working capital and inventory optimization, network footprint redesign, and supply chain risk and resilience strategies. He brings hands-on cross-industry experience in sectors with complex physical supply chains, such as aerospace and defense, industrials, B2B distribution, consumer goods, MedTech, pharma, logistics, and e-commerce.

He holds an MSc in business and economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and a BSc from EBS Business School, with additional studies at Wharton and Ivey. Outside the office, you’ll find him hiking in the Alps, riding his gravel bike, or experimenting with new recipes in his Munich kitchen.
