Caroline is a knowledge expert for our climate and sustainability platforms and the head of knowledge management for the Americas and Asia Pacific.
For the past two decades, Caroline has worked with Oliver Wyman in various research and knowledge management roles, based in London, Singapore, and New York. Her current role involves connecting people to knowledge and expertise so that Oliver Wyman can leverage its collective wisdom and codified intellectual capital. She uses content curation, synthesis, and creation to produce or enhance existing knowledge assets.
Caroline has also expanded her remit to cover all aspects of climate and sustainability across geographies and sectors. She has gained a deeper understanding of the impact and risks associated with the transition to a low carbon economy. She played a key role in building an internal knowledge platform that showcases the extensive work Oliver Wyman has done on the topic to engage, enthuse, and enable the consulting teams.
The transition to a low carbon economy has already begun. Companies need to be fully aware of both the physical and transition risks as this inevitable change unfolds, whilst seeking to understand their essential role in supporting the low carbon transition
She is a sustainability champion for her department, acting as a role model and reporting on departmental sustainability goals. Last year, she established oaKS — the Knowledge Services department-level initiative to support the Oliver Wyman GROW Trees campaign.
Outside of the office, she plays her part by composting, recycling, eating sustainably, reducing energy consumption, using public transport or walking as much as possible.
An avid runner, Caroline has completed 17 marathons, recently becoming a Six Star holder, having completed the world’s six largest marathons. She is also a passionate amateur photographer and a fan of street art.
