Brooks Conway is a Senior Consultant in the Health Actuarial Practice.

Brooks has experience consulting for a variety of different organizations in the Medicare Advantage space. His primary focus is in the Medicare Part D market, where he has a number of years of experience pricing bids. He has been involved with Part D forecasting and projecting Part D settlement amounts. He helped assess the financial impact of the 2019 congressional prescription drug legislation. He has assisted plans in understanding how to optimize their risk-based revenue under the Medicare Part C program, and supports the rate setting process in the Medicaid space.

Brooks is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
