Ashish is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Chicago office in the Health and Life Sciences Practice and Performance Transformation platform, where he leads teams with a strategic operator mindset.
His role sees him serve health services organizations faced with complex business issues, primarily focusing on corporate and growth strategy, new capability development, and large-scale cost and operational transformation, and working with Payers and Providers to create significant value by translating big ideas into impact. He is a culture carrier, leading with empathy, mutual respect, and a relentless focus on value creation.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Ashish was a partner at Boston Consulting Group. Prior to that his roles include payer practice lead at Booz & Company (now Strategy&) and credit officer at Bank of America in India, focusing on managing a commercial loan portfolio of mid-market clients. His experience has seen him direct all growth and team management aspects, including business strategy, client management, and people agendas.
When Ashish is not serving clients, he is passionate about giving back to society. He leads fundraising for the Chicago chapter of the American India Foundation, a premier US-based non-profit. He also serves as a senior advisor at Turn-the-Bus. This non-profit creates an open-access education platform for children in rural India that otherwise would not have access to formal education.
He holds a MBA from the University of Chicago and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He graduated with an Honors degree in Economics from the Shri Ram College of Commerce at the University of Delhi.
