Alison is a principal in Oliver Wyman’s Insurance and Asset Management Practice, where she leads teams in supporting clients on a mix of strategic and operational challenges.
My favorite projects are ones where I bring together stakeholders from different backgrounds to develop actionable solutions — whether that is tackling the impact of low rates for life insurers, supporting a six billion dollar integration, or designing and piloting a global risk assessment program
Alison is focused on solving difficult problems and driving impact at scale. In addition to client work with financial services regulators and industry associations, she has worked to support the launch of Oliver Wyman’s climate platform, including designing one of the first climate stress testing pilots for five top US banks.
One of the highlights of my Oliver Wyman experience has been attending the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos in 2018, as part of a year-long secondment leading Oliver Wyman research on the future of financial services
Prior to Oliver Wyman, Alison conducted macroeconomic research at the Federal Reserve. She holds a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and an economics degree, magna cum laude, from Amherst College.
