Alina heads Oliver Wyman’s Retail and Business Banking practice and is based out of the San Francisco office. She has over a decade of experience leading work across large and medium banks, payments providers and technology companies across North America.
The only constant is change, but that is also the biggest challenge. The retail financial services landscape is one of the oldest industries in the world, but I don’t think it has ever had a slow or stable moment
Alina has experience in strategy development, multi-party processor negotiations, financial modeling, go-to-market design, monetization / pricing strategy, risk management and execution excellence. She supports clients when it comes to establishing a vision, risk appetite and metrics to balance losses, enablement of growth and operational cost.
Business results are important, but more importantly, the work I’ve done with my clients has changed their relationships with their customers and given them something to be proud of. That is what makes the impact sustainable, and sets the organization up for future wins
Alina holds Master and Bachelor of Science degrees from Stanford University in Management Science and Engineering, with concentrations in Production and Operations Management and Finance and Decision Making.
