Marco is a Milan-based partner, who heads the Communications, Media, and Technology Practice, which also includes activities in the sports sector. Marco also oversees the digital area for Italy and Greece.

Recently, he has been directly involved in transformation programs for clubs and international federations of football, cycling, basketball, tennis, and golf. Marco’s work also involves setting the vision and supporting talent acquisition teams, while assuring the highest standards for client work. His focus is also on nurturing our culture, such as ensuring there is a strong spotlight on diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Marco strives to always bring a sense of excitement and curiosity to every new challenge. During more than 15 years of experience in consulting, Marco has worked with over 40 companies in 12 countries across four continents, focusing on projects with a strong impact on his clients’ profitability, such as revenue and EBITDA growth, operational cash optimization, and digital transformation. He has also worked in managerial roles in major Italian businesses, holding titles such as chief technology officer and executive vice president.

After graduating in management engineering from the University of Tor Vergata in Rome, Marco completed an MBA at Bocconi University and China Europe International Business School in Shanghai.

In his free time, Marco loves to race and is a semi-professional motorcycle driver, riding a BMW in the Italian non-professional championship. He also enjoys running, cycling, and sailing boats. To unplug, he enjoys spending time with his family and pet.
